Poe Notes Soros “Change”

January 23, 2009 by davidyeagley

Richard Lawrence Poe recently observed the strange evolution in the person of George Soros.   In “Soros Looks Ill,” Poe notes the difference in Soros’ appearance when he appeared before Congress on November 13, 2008, and how he appeared just ten months earlier.

Poe cites the fact that Soros has been celebrated for his vitality.  He turned 78 in August.  This photograph from the Congressional hearing was a startling contrast.

Soros: America is Over

Soros: End of U.S. Economic Dominance
Monday, October 13, 2008 12:10 PM NEWSMAX

WASHINGTON, Oct 12 — Billionaire investor George Soros predicted on Sunday that the financial crisis would mean the end of a U.S.-led market system that has dominated the global economy with debt and deregulation since the 1980s.

“Globalization, America as the center of the globalized financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world,” Soros said in a CNN interview.

“This is now over. The game is out. It does mean a very serious adjustment for America,” added Soros, a staunch backer of the Democratic Party.

As world leaders rushed to help banks weather the crisis that has sent stocks into steep decline, Soros blamed the turmoil on the faith in market forces that began under President Ronald Reagan and British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher a generation ago.

Soros has always hated the Bush family as well. Soros is a profound liberal, beyond the comprehension of most. He has always known that control over a country is achieved by control over its currency. (But so far, the American government is simply trying to own its own banking business, the banks in America.)

His criticism of the United States government is a ghastly disingenuous, hypocritical warp. He himself has used exactly the same methods to influence countries in eastern Europe, and in fact London–buying up currency. Buying money.

Money as a commodity, a product, an item of trade–this is where the action is. This is where the big poker game is. The big boys play there. It doesn’t matter where (or from whom) they got their big money. Once they get it, the only place to play for bigger stakes is in the “money” market.

Soros Pushes Marijuana

Soros Behind Marijuana Decriminalization in Mass.

BOSTON — A measure that would decriminalize minor marijuana-possession cases is on the ballot in Massachusetts largely because of one man: billionaire financier and liberal activist George Soros.

Of the $429,000 collected last year by the group advancing the measure, $400,000 came from Mr. Soros, who has championed similar efforts in several states and spent $24 million to fight President Bush’s 2004 re-election bid. The Committee for Sensible Marijuana Policy needed about $315,000 of that just to collect the more than 100,000 signatures that secured a spot on the ballot, according to campaign finance reports reviewed by the Associated Press.

“All of us owe George Soros a great deal of gratitude,” the founder of NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, Keith Stroup, said.

If the measure is approved in November, Massachusetts would become the 13th state to lift or ease criminal penalties on marijuana possession. The proposal would make having an ounce or less of the drug a civil offense punishable by a $100 fine.

Whatever a society legalizes, that activity increases. This is history. It may be hard to measure, however, how much more it increases. How much of a deterent the law actually provides, is also perhaps difficult to measure.

The point is, less law against passion and indulgence is not based on any reasonable, demonstrable arguement. It is a hunch. A notion. The history of Prohibition demonstrates all these matters quite clearly.

Redford Renews Anti-Americanism

July 12, 2008 by davidyeagley

As once before, on foreign soil Robert Redford denounced America.   In Dublin, he warned that if the fringe foreigner and trained Marxist Barack Hussein Obama doesn’t become President of the United States, it will be the end of the Democrat Party.   Well, this is not a loss, but, the point is, Redford himself has always had a sulking, negative attitude toward the United States, and he naturally is drawn to others with the same sentiments.   Redford is into the magic word, “change,” too.

Robert Redford, presiding. By what possible authority? Hollywood
acting career? Surely, a bad omen.

To the IrishTimes he also denounced drilling for oil in Alaska.  As true anti-Americans, Redford and Obama don’t want to see America be strong and independent.  They want to see America become like the Third World Countries.   They simply want to bring America down.

More personally, they want to use the power America has achieved by strength and conservative values to implement their own miserably inadequate, negative, self-righteous notions of how things ought to be.   They deny American history, and how American power evolved, but want to use that same American power to push off their own foreign ideas on America.   Autolytics, they are.   The whole Democrat, Marxist injection into America society is cultural autolysis.

Soros Funds the Protesters

August 21, 2007 by davidyeagley

Rather obsessed with hating Republicans, especially President Bush, billionaire George Soros funds professional protest groups like MoveOn.org, AmericansAgainstEscalationInIraq, and many others.   In other words, he pays people to protest, to lie, to campaign against Republican politicians with distortion, slander, and libel.  Sweetness and Light calls it professional stalking, in “George Soros Funding 24/7 Stalking Of Congress.”

Hat tip to Ann Coulter (August 21, 2007) for the note. (Ann calls it “Reuters Celebrates the Paid Stalking of Republicans.)   And truly, Sweetness and Light is a good Soros Watch source.   Check out the articles listed at the bottom of the referenced blog above.  Soros means business.   All it takes is money.   And he has plenty.

Soros Smoke: Worried about freedom?

August 20, 2007 by davidyeagley

Soros-funded media outlets are suggesting that a new U.S. military drill designed to enhance homeland security is actually a smoke screen operation that lays foundations for American martial law.   According to WND’s Joseph Farah,  the Soros-funded news outlets are saying that the security drill is a Bush manoeuver to prepare for total dictatorship.  Of course, Soros has always likened Bush to Adolf Hitler.

Isn’t it interesting how the true tyrants, the loving liberals like Soros, who are most anxious to control every aspect of the personal life of the American citizen, are first to accuse Bush of the same–when Bush is trying to develop national security.   This suggests, of course, what we already know.  The liberals disdain national security.  The liberals love Muslims, and love terrorism, and love to see America attacked, defeated, and destroyed.

They fool no one but themselves with this “martial law” smoke screen.  The accusation is an attempt to cover their own tyrannical tirades, like, you can’t have freedom of speech, you can’t have freedom of religion, and you can’t be an American patriot.   For years, they’ve tried to make this against the law.

O’Reilly on Soros

April 24, 2007 by davidyeagley

Beginning tonight, April 23, 2007, Bill O’Reilly will be feature a week-long series of commentary exposing the operations of supreme Leftist anti-American George Soros.  (Check upper right corner for tonights notice.)

Tonight Bill charted out the Soros network of organizations he funds, and how they all pour into Media Matters.   It was a clear, basic construct, and communicated exactly what O’Reilly intended.   Here is the video of the commentary of guests Monica Crowley and Phil Kent.

I’m disappointed in one thing:  Richard Poe first exposed George Soros in NewsMax (hard copy), May, 2004.  In fact Poe was a guest on Bill O’Reilly, the same month.  Poe and David Horowitz recently published a book on Soros, The Shadow Party (2006) in which all the sordid Soros details are concentrated on.   I am curious why O’Reilly didn’t go the the Soros source in this matter.  Phil Kent’s book, The Foundations of Betrayal: How the Liberal Super Rich Undermine America (2007) is the most recent, but, I’m just curious how and why Poe’s work would not even be mentioned.   Kent offered no knew information about the Soros scheme of things.

Also, O’Reilly asked Kent whether there were any comparable conservative organizations to compete with something like Media Matters.  Once again, Poe was not mentioned.  Poe is in fact editor-in-chief of Vanguard.org, a new web center designed precisely to counteract Media Matters.   Apparently uninformed of this, merely noted the disparity of fabulous financial backing of major Soros organizations as compared with the “dwarfed” conservative groups.

The Soros Vision

March 20, 2007 by davidyeagley

About four months ago, George Soros opened his vision of the world in an interview given in Prague.  “Global mission for the EU” (November 23, 2006) tells how the vision evolved in his adroit layman’s mind.

He claims to be the ideological heir of Karl Popper’s The Open Society and Its Enemies,” published in 1941.  Popper was of Austrian-Hungarian Jewish ethnicity, though his parents professed Christianity.  (That would naturally strike a note in Soros, who pretended to be Christian to escape Nazi horrors–so far as to turn in other Jews.)   Soros traces the “Open Society” idea however to the French philosopher, Henri Bergson, also Jewish by ethnicity.  Bergson used the term “Open Society” in his book, The Two Sources of Morality and Religion, 1932.

Soros sums up Berson’s idea:

One source, according to Bergson, is tribal and leads to a closed society whose members feel affinity for each other but fear or hostility toward others. The other source is universal, leading to an open society guided by universal human rights that protects and promotes the freedom of the individual.

“Universal human rights?”  Sounds like the Communist ideology to me.  Then Soros summarizes the Popper position:

an open society can be endangered by abstract, universal ideologies like communism and fascism. Because these ideologies’ claim to be in possession of the ultimate truth is bound to be false, they can be imposed on society only through repression and compulsion. By contrast, an open society accepts uncertainty, and it establishes laws and institutions that allow people with divergent views and interests to coexist.

Oh, so if we’re against Communism, we can’t possibly be Communist?   Sounds good.  Alas, all world visions sound so perfectly wonderful, it is a pity that they seem to come about only through war and oppression, especially the global-oriented ideologies espoused by Soros–whose political acheivments have not disdained violence.   “Divergent views and interests” can coexist only up to a certain point, and then they are competitors, and that eventually leads to the same strife that exists and has always existed, in any society.   Soros thinks the Euopean Union is a noble effort but it has been undermined by outside adverse forces.  Fancy that.

Soros lets the cat out of the bag when he indicts America and President Bush:

Unfortunately the disarray within the EU is part of a broader global turmoil. The United States used to be the dominant power and set the agenda for the world. But President George W. Bush’s war on terror undermined the basic principles of American democracy by expanding executive powers. It undermined the critical process that is at the heart of an open society by treating any criticism of the administration’s policies as unpatriotic, thereby allowing Bush to order the invasion of Iraq.

Soros, a great fan of Bill Clinton–who expanded executive powers more than any president in history, and used them to bomb the daylights out of Serbian civilians in Kosovo, is pleased rather to accuse Bush of some kind of tyranny.  Soros has avowed his disdain for the American Constitution and the nationalism (Soros calls it ”tribalism”) it entails, and yet accuses Bush of perverting the meaning of democracy.

According to Soros definition of democracy, there is no nationhood.  Globalism is the answer, and the world must become a Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, with Soros standing in for the late Mr. Rogers.  A world without nations is the most naive and tyrannical notion ever conceived.  It is beyond empirialism, and the tryanny and oppression it engenders will exceed anything caused by Bush’s attempts to establish democracy in Iraq.

The Soros Take on World Power

March 9, 2007 by davidyeagley

Last May, 2006, George Soros revealed more of his strange and inconsistent views of the world.  In his new book, The Age of Fallibility: Consequences of the War on Terror (2006), Soros claims that he doesn’t want world government, but rather world organizations.  He doesn’t want any nation to have any power over any other, or some such unnatural, dictatorial notion of sorts.  No.  He wants the power.  He wants to see his views implemented on the world.

NewsMax reported on this book August 21, 2006, based on a Boston Globe interview with Soros the day before.

Soros talks about international law.  That is the key to his secret power grab.  Not through force, but through law, he would see his vision of the world.   Of course, the force he is using to bring about that ‘law’ is money.  And he’s not above using violence, either.  He pays for it.   His funded several revolutions to oust people he dislikes.  By financing the anti-government movements, he overthrew regimes in Georgia, Ukraine, Serbia, and under the Clinton administration, was able to take great advantage of the discomfited Russia.  This is all in The Shadow Party, by David Horowitz and Richard Poe.

Soros is kidding no one but himself, and whomever he pays to work for him.  He just wants world power, by any means.  He merely promises utopia as the moral justification of his means.  He thinks he can morally condemn others for the power they have earned, and thus justify his right to go after the same power, with deceptive means.

Sundance Race/Gender Melt-down

February 20, 2007 by davidyeagley

Sundance Institute has provided a YouTube clip on the 2007 “Native American” Intitiative film projects.   It’s all about the dissolution of racial, ethnic, and gender differentiations.   It is a Communist ideal–the removal of all borders,  in the name of “equality,” as the Democrats like to say.

birdr.jpg Bird Runningwater, homosexual film advocate

It is abundantly clear from this clip that that participants, under the directive of the Institute, are bragging about the fact they have made “Native American” mean Asian, African, Pacific Islander, and homosexual.   That’s what there six films were all about this season.  Interracial, ‘intergender’ sex.   All under the validation of the usurped American Indian name and image.

This private little Sundance conclave claims to be setting the pace for the new century.   George Soros funds this “Native American” farse under the Robert Redford’s usurped Indian name, “Sundance.”  Hollywood Indians, and most Indian leaders, are unaware of this, and probably do not see it as a pernicious abuse of the American Indian image.
